An epoch closes every day: the time-weighted heat share of each theater becomes the split of the aid pool. The multisig executes bridge + donation; each disbursement becomes a Proof of Aid line with all legs verified on-chain.

Inner ring: live heat share. Outer ring: projected aid split (eligible theaters only, 10 % floor). No partner is Confirmed yet, so the whole aid pool rolls over to the next epoch — nothing is paid out to a Candidate. Phase 1 adds the time-weighted average of the epoch, which is the number that actually pays out.
Epoch
Epoch 1 starts at launch (GENESIS_TS) and closes 1 day later, at a UTC boundary. The timeline of past epochs, snapshots and hashes lands in Phase 1.
Partners
Confirmed means the organization publishes its own crypto donation channel, and the confirmation link goes to that page on their own site. It is not an endorsement: no organization listed here has any relationship with this project, and none has been contacted by it.

Rules
- Epochs last 1 day from the launch timestamp (GENESIS_TS), on UTC boundaries.
- Inflows of an epoch are split 70 % aid · 20 % ops · 10 % reserve (USD value at the time of each transaction).
- The aid pool is divided between theaters by their time-weighted heat share over the epoch — the same heat you see on the map.
- Only theaters with at least one Confirmed partner are eligible; the share of ineligible theaters is redistributed. Every eligible theater gets at least 10 %.
- Inside a theater the amount is split equally between Confirmed partners (or by their published weight). Amounts below $10 roll over to the next epoch.
- At close, an Allocation Snapshot (JSON) is published and its SHA-256 is written on-chain in a 0-ETH self-transaction, so anyone can recompute it from the public log.
- The multisig executes the transfers by hand: bridge out of Robinhood Chain, then donation to the organization's published address. A drop is Verified only when every leg matches on-chain.
- Emergency drops (Phase 2): a theater at hn ≥ 70 for ≥ 6 h can unlock up to 50 % of the reserve.
The rules are code: src/lib/domain/allocation.ts · epochs.ts · config/epochs.ts. Settlement through the canonical bridge can take up to 7 days (Arbitrum challenge period); faster routes may be used when available.

$CHMCO is a memecoin with no intrinsic value and no promise of returns. The War Chest is funded by the creator share of trading fees and by voluntary donations — not by holders' purchases; holders receive no tax benefit and have no claim on the treasury. The War Chest funds only neutral, registered humanitarian organizations. It never funds governments, armed forces, armed groups or any party to a conflict, and every disbursement is screened for sanctions compliance. Allocation follows the published rules and is verifiable on-chain. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or humanitarian advice.
Neutral, registered, non-profit humanitarian organizations with a public track record (medical, food, shelter, demining, refugees, water, children). Each one is contacted, confirms in writing that it accepts crypto donations, and is screened against sanctions lists before its status becomes Confirmed. The confirmation link is published next to the partner.
